Susan on CNN: Staying Positive About The Journey

I recently had a chance to share my personal philosophy about “getting in shape for the New Year” in an interview on CNN. As I teach in my group fitness classes and when working one-on-one with my clients, we must engage our minds in order to affect change in our lives. Lasting positive changes in your weight or body shape are achieved by using a mind/body approach. This principle of integrating mind and body for living a successful and happy life is the foundational principle that inspires me, making me want to share it with all of my clients, friends and family!
