Susan on Fox 5: Setting Realistic Goals in 2011

I was interviewed on Fox 5 News about how I help my clients to be successful with their fitness and weight management goals. I advise my clients: Don’t set your expectations too high, and remember to reward yourself with positive affirmations for ANY progress you make. You WILL see results over time. Start now, and don’t give up–even if you miss one day, one week, or even one month of working toward your goal of a healthier, more fit you. Remember, every day is a new day. Enjoy the journey!
