Group Fitness

The Susan PhD studio offers a group fitness schedule that accommodates all ages and levels of experience. Dr. Susan Rudnicki has designed a series of energizing classes that emphasize core strength and get consistent results: Lean, strong and toned bodies.

Class Descriptions

Balance

Beautify your body using the BOSU® and stability balls, the secret ingredients of change. This class will allow you to enhance your mobility, augment your form, and captivate your core balance.

Burst

Get a burst of energy! Use the medicine ball for an hour of fun-filled choreography to create sizzling heat in your muscles. Top off the class with a refreshing full-body stretch.

Cardio Kickboxing

Learn proper boxing form in a fun, power-packed workout that maximizes your full potential. If you’ve never thrown a real punch in your life, this is the class for you. Come find out how kickboxing unlocks the power, confidence and strength within you!

Core Training Express

This express class will capture essential movements for prime core development. Get your day off to a great start with this efficient body workout.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga known for its use of props, such as belts, blocks and blankets. The props enable students to perform the asanas (postures) correctly, minimizing the risk of injury or strain.

Morning Java

Wake up! Jump-start your body to dynamic music, powerful muscle toning, and cardiovascular conditioning. You will definitely feel rejuvenated and keyed up to start your day after finishing this amazing, sweat-filled workout.

Physique

This class is designed for you to embrace your natural body weight with easy-to-follow moves to contour and define your body. You will use hand-held weights and gliding discs to develop your desired physique.

TRX Training

Focus on core strength by embracing your body’s natural energy and body weight. The TRX Suspension Trainer™ will be an integral component in this class.

Yoga Fusion

Fuse yoga and pilates-based movements with a variety of lunges, squats, and plyometrics. This class gives you great cardio interval training combined with wonderful muscle control, body awareness, and active stretching experiences.
